Volunteering

We have a lot to do!

With a growing team of birds, we are always looking for new volunteers to join our team to assist with the day to day care of our animal collection, general maintenance and upcoming conservation projects.

We accept volunteers who are over the age of 18 and who are willing to learn new skills and expand on their existing skills. Experience with birds of prey is not essential, but a willingness and drive to learn is essential.

It is important for all volunteer applicants to know that it is only once you have been with us for a number of weeks and have proven you are a committed member of the team, that you will be offered bird handling experience.

There are many aspects of volunteering which will see you working around our birds, however, there are also an equal amount of aspects which are not. Working with the birds depends on a variety of factors such as;

- Time put in by the volunteer.

- Staff available to train and supervise.

- Other jobs which need completing.

We really value our volunteers and appreciate any time which they are able to lend to us. If you want to get involved, please fill our the form below.
